FAQ
NEW: What is Instant Artwork?
Upload a photo and our Instant Artwork generator draws your pet in seconds, right here on the page. Add a name, adjust the placement and pick your hat until it looks exactly right (up to 4 pets on one patch). Adding it to your cart approves that exact design, so Instant Artwork orders skip the proof step and ship within 1-2 business days.
What makes a good photo?
1) Make sure your photo has good lighting so pet-face details are visible without being overexposed. 2) A head-on shot is preferred with the full face (including both ears) visible. 3) Avoid blurry photos; higher clarity produces better final detail.
Can I upload something other than a dog or cat?
Absolutely. Pet Friends encourages uploads of pets, humans, cars, and even logos.
Can I cancel my order?
You approve your artwork before you check out, so Instant Artwork orders go into production at 6 AM Pacific on the next business day. You can cancel for a full refund any time before then. After that, your hat is already being made just for you, so it can't be cancelled or refunded.
